An item is sold out, when will you restock?
Our products are made in limited quantities. Once it is sold out, we will not restock.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from the receipt of the order, excluding weekends and holidays, but usually within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Express delivery is available upon request for extra charges.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes. You can order Lifted Anchors regardless of your location. International orders are shipped using USPS, and normally arrives within 2 weeks from when it is shipped. Please allow extra time since some packages will be held up in customs.
Can I return something I ordered?
You may EXCHANGE and only exchange your item(s) to us within 10 days from which shipment was received . We will gladly issue an exchange as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed or damaged and are in the same condition as when you received them. To schedule an exchange please email info@liftedanchors.com.
Please include your packing slip, or print out your receipt so that we can identify your return. Please indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip. You can send back your returns using USPS Priority Mail. If you choose to use an untrackable shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail.
I never received my order, what should I do?
In rare cases, packages can get lost in the shipping process. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.
